Steam Bath
A pleasant steam bath with a completely different atmosphere than a sauna. It is not as hot, so you don’t overheat, as the temperate in the steam bath ranges from 40 to 50°C at 100% humidity. It’s ideal for relaxing your muscle and improving circulation.

Taking a sauna is a procedure based on the principle of overheating the body and then quickly cooling it down. This eases muscle tension and increases the range of movement of the joints. Another benefit is gradual cold-training.
 Kneipp Therapy
Your feet alternate between warm and ice-cold baths while pebbles massage your soles. After several repetitions and drying, warmth begins to permeate your whole body. After several repetitions and drying, a wave of warm rises from the feet through the entire body. This procedure not only increases blood circulation to the feet, but to the whole body.

After taking sauna, cool down in the spacious cold-water pool, which is the perfect end to the sauna ritual and for cold-training your body.

The Amenity Resort Špindlerův Mlýn annex includes a private wellness centre with sauna, steam bath, cooling tub and resting room. Enjoy complete privacy. We guarantee that there will be no other guests to disturb you while you relax.

Regenerate in our smaller hotel wellness centre. Here you can enjoy a counter-current pool with massage bench, sauna, steam bath, Kneipp path and a selection of relaxation massages.

For lovers of water attractions, there is an Aquapark not far from the resort – in Špindlerův Mlýn.
